- We act in accordance with the Association of British Insurers General Terms of Agreement which means we comply with the industry agreed standards and rates
- We endeavour to have you back on the road on the same day - usually within 4 hours of your claim being accepted
- Nationwide service
- All vehicles include unlimited mileage, 24 hour breakdown cover and comprehensive insurance
- If your vehicle is a total loss we can provide a vehicle for up to an additional 7 days after you receive your settlement cheque
- We offer a personal and professional service and you will be allocated a dedicated claims manager for the duration of the hire and your claim
- Your replacement vehicle will be delivered and collected to a UK location of your choice without cost.
