Upon assessing liability and the likelihood of a third party claim we make immediate contact the non fault third party by telephone in order to make them aware of their duty to mitigate their losses and offer repair management and courtesy vehicle services.
All Claim Mitigation services are provided in collaboration with our clients, their insurance brokers and insurers in order to reduce the cost of motor claims.
