A 24/7 “first port of call” service for insurance broker’s clients and business fleets who have been involved in a road traffic incidents. The purpose of the call is to:
a) Fulfil the contractual obligations of the insurance policy
b) Enable the best resolution of any possible insurance claim
Upon calling, drivers are advised regarding their legal obligations and their legal rights. Assistance can also be given to the driver (if required) regarding roadside assistance and vehicle recovery, accident repairs, temporary replacement vehicles and uninsured loss recovery.
Insurance companies are then informed, which can either be addressed by the broker (a summary of the details of the incident can be passed to the broker for the broker to attend to the claim), or by Active Auto Solutions who will report to the relevant insurers and manage the claim on the broker/client’s behalf if required.
