It is our priority to provide a complete Accident Management service throughout the UK to anyone who has been involved in a non-fault accident, operating at the highest standard possible.

Our commitment is to contact all clients within 30 minutes of receiving a referral and to provide a replacement vehicle within 4 working hours of speaking to the client where a vehicle is required immediately. Non standard vehicles may take a little longer to provide.

Progress covering repairs to the client's vehicle or settlement in relation to the total loss value of each claim will be regularly monitored ensuring all clients are kept up to date and contacted at regular intervals, not exceeding 5 working days.

Nationwide credit hire for mainstream and prestige cars plus specialist vehicles such as dual control vehicles, motor homes, motorcycles, taxis, HGV's including tractor units, tippers and coaches.

A structured referral fee package for each professional source with enhancements for volume.

A full uninsured loss recovery service to include policy excess, loss of earnings and other associated uninsured losses sustained by your client.

Legal Expense Insurance to insurance intermediaries.

All clients will be allocated a dedicated hire coordinator for the duration of the hire and any associated claim.
